Dear Rtn Ananthakrishnan,
I have temporarily disabled the DELETE facility, since many members were deleting themselves inadvertently. I am re-writing that module.
In the meanwhile, if you send me the serial number and name of the members to be deleted, I will do it at my end and inform you.

Dear Rtn Bafna,
Multiple portfolios requires some customisation. Send me the details and I will organise that for you.
If there are too many members with multiple portfolios in other clubs as well, I will have re-write the programs to accommodate that situation. For the time being, therefore, assign him one of the portfolios, so that the BoD count will be correct.

Post Subject: Update Board of Directors Information for 2010-11
Dear Presidents, Secretaries, CICOs, President-Elects, Secretary-Elects and CICO-designates,
The facility for updating your BOD information for 2010-11 is available now. After logging in, go to your club page and follow the link "Update Board of Directors Information for 2010-11" at the bottom.
The drop-down lists in the update page is auto-populating (that is, when you make the first selection, the second drop-down list will be filled, and so on.) Depending upon the speed of your Internet connection, this can take a second to a minute. Make your selections, and click the "Update" button. That is all.
The list of selections thus made will be displayed at the lower end of the page. The names are listed in alphabetical order for easier cross-checking. Kindly ensure that details of all members of the Board are updated.
In case any specific position in your club is not available in the drop-down list, please email me and I will add it for you and then inform you.
Your early updation (preferably within a week) will be greatly appreciated by all.
